Can I see where I am on my frequent buyer points?

Yes you can! As long as you have an account set up in store or over the phone, you can download the Astro app for Andriod or Apple and see where you're at for points and what products you can get points on!

What is your delivery rules?

As long as you order before 10am, we can deliver same day. If you order after 10am, you are put on for the next weekday. 

We deliver Monday - Friday from Westbank - Kelowna

We go out to Lake Country on Tuesdays and Thursdays

We go out to Vernon on Tuesdays

NO delivery minimum or charge (just please try avoiding ordering 1 single bulk treat or crickets)

We don't deliver on Holidays. When the snow gets crazy, we do have to miss a day here and there for the safety of our driver.

Winter: Please leave a porch light on as it gets dark early & it makes it easier for our driver

Summer: If you ordered anything frozen, please plan to either be home to receive your delivery, direct us to a shady spot to put it, or leave a cooler or blanket for us to put it in.  

I'm worried if I order a product that isn't in stock, what do I do?

You can always give us a quick call to ensure we have it! We receive orders multiple times a week so we can always make an alternate plan if were only a couple days away from getting stock

Can I get a scheduled delivery?

Of course you can! Until we can figure how to do it with our program, please just give the store a call and have an idea of how long the duration of your food lasts. We will set you up for reoccurring deliveries, however we still like to contact you before we go out just in case you have enough food.

I can't find a food brand online that I know you carry in store, what should I do?

Unfortunately, there are certain brands that we can't advertise on our website as the "price integrity" of these brands between us and other stores isn't always consistent and we want to be able to maintain our lower prices for our customers. We can still sell these products and have them delivered, just please give us a call at the store! (250-707-3303)

Can I special order something you don't carry!

Yes! There is a ton of products we can get that we are happy to order for you, all we require is prepayment and we can have the product in ASAP for you!

Do you carry reptile supplies or fish?

We carry crickets and meal worms for reptiles, we receive our order every Wednesday so if you want the best stock go around then. Sadly, we do not carry fish.
