Return Policy

If you have a receipt we can give money back, without a receipt and there being proof on frequent buyer we can give an in store credit.

Dry & Raw Food

If your pet does not like their food or not tolerating it well, you can return it within 30 days. If you have a receipt we can give money back, without a receipt and there being proof on frequent buyer we can give an in store credit. Dry food needs to be in it's original bag and at least half full. Raw food has to be in its original box and completely FROZEN. We will weight it out and you get price per pound back of whatever is left over. 

Toys

If a toy is in good condition and you just changed your mind feel free to return the toy. If your dog wrecks a toy within 24 hours of buying it, we'll be able to return it for you. After 24 hours, please put in the effort to putting away the toy after playing and not letting the dog have full access to it.

Treats

If your dog or cat does not like the treat you bought them, as long as it's half full you can & you have receipt you can return within 30 days! 

Delivery

If we have delivered the wrong food, please let us know and we'll figure out a solution to pick up the wrong product and drop off the new one. However, we can't give money back until we have the product back in the store.
